Paul was in trial before Governor Felix. Paul delivers his defense of the accusations against him. But Paul’s message is met with fear from Felix. For a period of two years, Felix would repeated listen to Paul’s message of Jesus Christ, but repeatedly, Felix left unchanged. May this be a warning to us: Don’t just listen to the message and leave unchanged.
